Kitchen/diner: this generous room benefits from a newly fitted kitchen, with integrated oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and hi-fi. Utility: with washing machine also houses a downstairs WC. Outside: offers a private modest courtyard with BBQ area and garden furniture. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included (heating surcharge of £15 payable direct to owner from 1 October - end of April). 1 well-behaved small/medium dog welcome.
